Nurse fucks patient to get a sperm sample

Today was a little different in the clinic as I had a patient from another colleague whose girlfriend had come to see me about 6 months earlier. I wasn't sure when he first started talking if this was a good thing or not but then he did say she was very happy with my treatment, I just hope she left out any details. The couple are trying for a baby and considering I had already said his girlfriend was in good health then the next thing to do was get a sperm sample and take it from there. Although this wasn't going to plan he was finding it very hard to produce a sample. So with my new nurse on reception I called her in to see if she could assist. Considering I had sex his girlfriend it was the least I could do to help him get a sample. He did little to stop the idea and with a promise to the nurse on a pay rise the stage was set.
