Room for Rent

You spent considerable time searching for the perfect apartment to rent for the last couple of weeks and finally found something very promising. There's only one little 'problem' with the place - the landlady doesn't want to move out just yet... she insists on staying and sharing a room with someone so she can share the expenses and spare money.
